The Bodhisattva Vows of Bison

Antagonists are numberless, I vow to receive them.
Take a number. Each will be shaken off my woolly neck in turn.
Cold stares are inexhaustible, I vow to dissolve them.
No blinking! Adversity is met with open arms and tight fists.
Dharma gates are exceedingly subtle, I vow to experience them.
Where are my glasses? No matter, I see with eyes but feel with Mind.
Enlightened Way is unsurpassable, I vow to graze upon it, chew it up,
spit it out and pick my teeth with Bodhicitta.
